Sharing A Bed With Your Partner
In the HuffPost 23 Comics Capture The Highs And Lows Of Sharing A Bed With Your Partner.
Couples will recognize these relatable moments -- both the good and the bad.
Human Design says we are all here to sleep in our own auras. We all have an aura or an electro-magnetic field of influence. Our bodies are by their nature, electric. That electricity emanates from our body. It roughly stretches two arm lengths in all directions. It goes through walls, floors, solid steel. When you are within that distance of another person, you are sharing your genetic information with them. This is how we actually connect to the other. This is the nature of all relationships.
When we sleep, we rejuvenate, recharge, clear toxins and receive over-night programming through the sleep state for the next day. We are all designed to receive our information individually for us to be uniquely ourselves.
This overnight process is compromised, by sleeping within the mutual four arm length configuration. You are taking in the other. They are taking in you. This interferes with your unique programming information and we start our day, not as ourselves.
We all deserve to sleep in our own space. For many this is a luxury that cannot be afforded. However, this is the goal to be healthy. We all have our own sleep patterns.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to wake up, see your partner after a truly restful night and ask, “Did you sleep well?” This may not be standard practice, but Human Design reveals ways in which we can step outside of tradition and operate from a place of awareness. This recommendation may not work for you. This is about experimenting with ways for you to reach your optimal health.
